A new me, I write. Really? Am I really a changed person. Perhaps... I have become bold and courageous in terms of voicing my feelings or opinions. But, I still consider myself a balanced person, and rarely get carried away emotionally. I speak only if it is going to have an impact. Also, when I shout I lose voice or end up getting a hoarse voice within 5 minutes, so I don't.
Coming to blogging, this blog definitely will be a rejuvenated blog, with my last post written 7 years back. I am encouraged by my elder son to 'earn' money by writing. I smiled. With today's kids, everything is money. My students go to do internship at other places instead of doing research here during summer as there is 'money'. Imagine a 2nd year BTech student is being paid Rs 80k per month... What? Yes!
I have gone commercial in my second phase of blogging. Let me see how worthy I am. Will I earn Rs 800, Rs 80 or 80 paise? I am at a stage where I can laugh at the world, laugh at myself and enjoy my tea without any worries.
So, I will try to keep adding here regularly my thoughts on everything - food, movies, kids, friends, work, the world in general with me in it.
As a researcher, I am curious which ad will pop up based on what I just wrote here :-)
